The protection of your personal data is very important to us. In this data protection statement, we will inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website. If you have any questions beyond that, please email info@prinux.com.

 

Place of data processing
The processing of data primarily takes place in Austria, other member states of the EU or the EEA and, if applicable, in Switzerland. The adequate level of protection in Switzerland is established by an adequacy decision of the Commission (Art. 45(3) GDPR).

 

Operator and location of the servers
The prinux websites are operated by prinux GmbH, Leopoldauer Straße 179, 1210 Vienna, Austria. External service providers are also commissioned to operate individual websites. The servers are located on the premises of our company and/or on the premises of specialized companies, which themselves are committed to strict data protection. We have established contracts for the processing of commissioned data with the respective providers.

 

Contacting us
If you contact us using the form on our website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us (CRM system) for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

 

Collection of data
prinux does not collect personal data of non-registered website visitors. However, the IP address of the visitors is registered as well as data about the pages accessed, the duration of the visit and the operating systems and web browsers used. This serves solely to measure the browsing habits of visitors and to optimize the website continuously.

In our webshops, we store the IP data of the connection owner in the form of cookies for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the later processing of contracts. In the course of your orders, personnel master data (name, academic title, functions), and communication data (e.g. telephone, e-mail) is saved. In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: Content entered by the user for the design of printed matter and digital products (e.g. the name to be included on a business card), additional billing and/or delivery addresses (e.g. if these differ from that of the customer).

The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of order processors within the meaning of the GDPR for the purpose of order fulfillment, banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, transport companies/shipping companies for the delivery of the goods and tax advisors or authorities for the fulfillment of our legal obligations.

 

Data retention
We store the personal data provided and the processing results to the extent and for as long as we have to provide a guarantee for our services or we are obliged to do so due to mandatory legal obligations. In addition, prinux stores the personal data required for convenient unchanged or changed repeat orders of products as long as we can expect your follow-up orders and you do not give instructions for deletion.

Copies or duplicates of the data will only be made as back-up copies to the extent necessary to ensure proper data processing.

In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU-US Privacy Shield).

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. User data is kept for a period of 26 months.

 

Newsletter
You may have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your name (so that we can address you correctly) as well as your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

Once you have signed up for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your subscription.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: info@prinux.com. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch.

Technical-organizational measures
prinux has ensured the security according to Art. 28 par. 3 lit. c, 32 GDPR in particular in connection with Art. 5 para. 1, para. 2 GDPR and ensures a level of protection appropriate to the risk with regard to confidentiality, integrity, availability and the resilience of the systems.

prinux has obligated all persons entrusted with data processing to maintain confidentiality prior to commencing their activities, or the persons are subject to an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality. We have obliged all persons entrusted with data processing to keep personal data entrusted or accessible to them exclusively on the basis of their professional employment secret, without prejudice to other statutory confidentiality obligations, insofar as there is no legally permissible reason for transfer/disclosure of the data. In particular, the confidentiality obligation of the persons entrusted with data processing shall remain in effect even after termination of their employment and departure from prinux.
